Who we are looking for
We are looking for individuals who show leadership potential and believe that there is no specific personality profile or background that predicts success in the classroom. Your potential as a Fellow can shine through whether you’ve led your student government, managed a complex project at work, achieved academic honors, or rallied support for a cause that’s important to you. And those are just a few of the countless experiences most Fellows bring to the table.
To apply to the fellowship, you will have graduated or will graduate in 2017 with at least a Bachelor’s degree. You will have a strong academic record and share a commitment to our vision. Selection is based on your ability to demonstrate the competencies that we believe are an important indicator of your leadership potential.
